First check the time zone setting of your computer. It must be set to the correct GMT time zone according to your country.[Click Start--> Control Panel --> Date and Time (Then open Time Zone Tab) ] Because the computer synchronize with Time Zone settings and change the time automatically.
If time zone is ok then replace the CMOS battery from motherboard.
